Actor-turned-rocker Jared Leto suffered some injuries during a performance by his band 30 Seconds to Mars, when he ran into the crowd. The fans rushed Leto, and he sustained some minor injuries to his foot and body, and also a broken nose. Leto finished the show and then checked into a hospital to make sure surgery wouldn't be needed for any of his injuries.

The performance was in El Paso, Texas, and the band was performing as part of The Taste of Chaos tour.

"I've been producing shows for 25 years and this was one of the scariest moments I have witnessed," tour organizer Kevin Lyman said of the melee in a statement. "We hope Jared's injuries are all minor and that he has a speedy recovery."
