Lauren "LC" Conrad shows off her slim shape on this month's cover of Shape. The new body is a result of many month's of sensible eating and religious working out, as attested by watching 'The Hills'. Many of the episodes have shown Lauren going to the gym, coming from the gym, talking about the gym, or otherwise showing off her body in as little clothing as possible.

Co-stars Audrina, Whitney, and Heidi have also become workout converts, and the cast has noticeably shed quite a bit of weight this year.
