Tom Cruise is tightening the leash on his wife-unit, Katie Holmes. Page Six is reporting that Cruise has changed his schedule so that he can accompany Holmes to the set of her new film 'Mad Money'....every day of filming! Reports are also swirling that Cruise handpicked the script for her on the basis of there being no love interest for Katie, and no kissing or sex scenes.

Holmes gave up her role in the upcoming "Batman" sequel, and some in Hollywood said it was because of the romantic scenes she would have had with Christian Bale.

Cruise was said to be upset over her sex scene in last year's "Thank You for Smoking" - which was mysteriously missing during several festival screenings.

One insider said, "Tom has called producers and told them he will be on set every day. He wants to observe what's going on and will probably help Katie out."

The source went on to say that he (or she) had seen the script for 'Mad Money', and it "was atrocious."

There are also some rumors cropping up that Katie is exerting some independence, and insisted on doing a film, while Tom would like to see her pop out more kids instead. Katie has already said in a rare interview that she is done having kids for now.
