Jenniefer Aniston may be leaving LA and making NY her permanent residence, at least that's what the rags say. She seems to be shopping around for real estate and possibly dabbling in the theater....Broadway, that is.

Aniston also may be using the opportunity to shop around for a new man, since NY opens up a whole new realm of dating possibilities.

A source told US Weekly, "She feels she needs a boost in her life and she can meet all kinds of people there. And she can meet men."

Jen just returned from spending five days relaxing at posh Lowell Hotel, and shopping at upper crust Hermes. Aniston also looked at a couple of apartments while in NY.
