Lindsay Lohan apparently got the memo from James Blunt that it's open season on the photogs if you're driving a car, because she ran one over earlier today. LiLo was in New York trying to drive away from the nightclub, Butter, when she accidentally(?) tagged a guy.

As the poor guy writhed in pain on the pavement, Linds got out of her car and was escorted into a minder's waiting SUV, and driven away. An ambulance did come for the injured guy, and took him to a nearby hospital. He was treated for a bruised knee and later released.

Lindsay returned to the scene an hour later to deal with the pesky details.
