The National Enquirer is reporting that Britney Spears has fallen in love while in rehab to another rehabee. The guy is Jason Filyaw, 33, and is the lead guitarist of the rock band Riva. Check out their website here.

Anyhoo, she met him at her AA meetings, and a source told the Enquirer, "Britney adores Jason. He's been a tower of strength for her at the lowest point in her life. She's convinced Jason can help her through rehab because, as an alcoholic, he's been through the same thing."

I thought she was into chicks, but that's a whole other story....
