Daniel Baldwin is in trouble with the law again, and has had a bench warrant issued against him for failure to appear in an Orange County court today on charges he stole a car.

On November 7, 2006, Baldwin was arrested in Santa Monica, CA, after allegedly stealing a white GMC Yukon SUV, according to TMZ.com. The actor was taken to jail and booked for investigation of grand theft auto. "The car belongs to an acquaintance of Mr. Baldwin, but he had no permission to take it," said Jim Amormino, a spokesman for the Orange County sheriff's department.

Brother of actors Alec, Stephen, and William Baldwin, 46 year old Daniel has been in and out of trouble for the past few years on drug charges, assault, and traffic charges as a result of a car crash while driving with a suspended license.

Baldwin is a veteran of Hollywood films and television, and has had roles in 'Paparazzi', 'Mulholland Falls', and 'Born on the Fourth of July', to name just a few.
