WATCH out, Hollywood, a new party girl has hit town. At People magazine's pre-Grammy bash at LA club Avalon the other night, "Gossip Girl" Leighton Meister was darting in and out of the place surrounded by a cloud of "funny-smelling smoke". Page Six spotted the raven- haired starlet on the arm of a mystery man throughout the evening who at one point lifted her up, along with her dress, giving guests a peek at her panties.
