'The Hills' Heidi Montag decided it was time to try out her brand new flotation devices she had surgically attached to her chest area. Or maybe those are just her new boobies.

Either way Montag decided it was time for the world, meaning photographers, to catch a good look at the new additions.

Personally I think she looked better before.
