Lohan Needs to Spend a Wad on Clothes
Lindsay Lohan joins in the celebs-who-dug-their-outfits-out-of-the-Goodwill-5-cent-bin parade, and horrifies stylists everywhere with this short shorts/overall look. She and Britney obviously shop at the same stores.
