What is with these starlets/celebutards who seemingly can't drive 6 blocks without wrecking their car or someone elses? Mischa Barton has just gotten in her second fender bender in under three weeks, this time no one else was involved.

Apparently Mischa was indulging in a little retail therapy at Marc Jacobs, and had a hard time getting out of the parking lot without ripped her car's bumper off on the exit gate.

Barton's insurance company must be doing Hail Mary's over the fact that she didn't hit someone else this time. No doubt they will be jacking her insurance premiums sky high after this latest incident.

Perhaps she smoked a little too much of the ganja behind the wheel.
