A former nanny in Madonna's household is shopping a tell-all book detailing her time taking care of the kids. The memoir promises all sorts of juicy details including the state of Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage, what the two kids, Lourdes and Rocco, are really like, the real reason Madonna adopted an African boy, and personal photos of the family.

There are no takers for the 80 page book proposal as of yet.
