Brandon Davis Passes Bad Checks

Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis is in trouble again. This time he bounced $75,000 worth of checks to Bahamian casino and resort, Atlantis. The checks were written to cover a casino marker, and were returned NSF by Davis's bank.

Atlantis has filed a lawsuit to recover the funds, and has even tacked on the $270 in NSF returned check fees. According to the lawsuit, Davis was either "aware at the time that he presented the checks that his account had insufficient funds," or had borrowed the cash with "the intent and plan to order the Bank not to pay or honor the checks."
