I think Heather Graham must have been in some horrible freak accident, and as you can see by her pose, her head is just barely hanging on by a thread. Right after the accident she was then mugged by a gaggle of hookers who forced her to trade clothes with them, and then they took off with her pricey designer duds, leaving her to stand on the corner panhandling for cabfare to get home. Poor girl.
