UPDATE: The dark haired beauty that Martinez was seen snuggling up with, is none other than Penelope Cruz. The two were spotted at Chateau Marmont on Saturday, the day after Martinez and Minogue's split was announced.

A source reports that Olivier Martinez reportedly dumped girlfriend of four years, Kylie Minogue, over the phone on Friday. Hours later he was spotted with a mystery brunette in LA. Minogue is in Mexico. The brunette allegedly spent the night with Martinez in his hotel.

An onlooker tells British newspaper the Sunday Mirror, "You wouldn't have thought he'd just split with the love of his life. This beautiful woman jumped into this car and they sped off. He looked very comfortable and happy - not remotely upset."

Prior to the pair's split announcement on Saturday, Martinez had sparked rumours as early as December (06) after he was spotted with Israeli model Sarai Givati and 'Lost' star Michelle Rodriguez.
