Rashida Jones, who pays Karen on 'The Office', has been cast in Fox's new comedy 'The Rules of Starting Over', which means she won't be returning after the season finale in May.

Fans of the Jim/Karen pairing will be sorely dissapointed, but don't bet any money on a Jim/Pam pairing just yet. Do you think it will be that easy?

Roy isn't quite out of the picture, and he could make a play for Pam in the near future. Seems he isn't quite over her.
