Jessica Biel tells In Touch that she keeps her body fit by working out five days a week and following a sensible diet. The actress eats whole-wheat pasta, chicken, veggies and fruit six days a week. On the seventh day, she treats herself to a piece of her favorite treat: dark chocolate. “I think everything in moderation is the key,” the 24-year-old star says. “Don’t overload on sugar and carbs.”
